Internet access is an additional information resource for users. The Library's Internet Center provides patrons this opportunity within "The Internet Access and Training Program (IATP)," a program of the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs administered in Russia by Project Harmony, Inc. The IATP's main goal is to provide free Internet access and to facilitate the development of Russian-language Internet resources through thematic trainings, courses and seminars for alumni of ECA exchange programs, educators, students, professionals and other users.

This service is intended for educational, cultural and academic research purposes. Experts in various fields of knowledge have a wonderful opportunity to use new information technologies in their professional work, research and education.
