PROVISION OF ECOLOGICAL SAFETY OF TECHNOLOGIES AND CHEMICALLY TREATED FACILITIES OF OIL FIELDS Provision of ecological safety of chemically treated facilities in the oil fields having broad production-and-municipal infrastructure comprises: complete sanitary-toxicological-ecological provision with the standards and procedures for specifying waste into nature media including chemical waste of complex multicomponent composition; secondary inventory and certification of the source of waste by apparatus measurement and calculation on the personal computer according to the coordinated and approved procedures and programmes; evaluation of ecological condition of enterprises and facilities, level of ecological safety of production and reconstruction; generation of data bank and software, development and supply of ecologist’s AWP and ecological computer maps including computer ecological certificates of the plants tonnage and range of products of which constantly varies, ecological computer diagram-maps at three levels of material balance of water consumption and water disposal (sewage); development of the sections of environment control in RD (Manual) and TU (Specifications) for chemical technologies and chemical reagents; development of the sections "Evaluation of environment treatment" in the designs for the section "Chemicalization"; complete supply with the environment control facilities: completely factory made dust and gas collectors, water-treatment systems and modular units for the treatment of waste waters; ecological and economic optimization in the sequence - level of ecological procedures; environment control costs - quantity of ecological payments.
