It ensures reliable protection in high-mineralized fluids containing H2S, CO2 and without them. The reagent has high aftereffect. Two grades of SNPCH-6030 have been produced: A and B. The product can be produced in a form of concentrate at the customer’s request. The performance is 85 - 95%.    CORROSION INHIBITOR SNPCH-6035 (WATER-SOLUBLE) Corrosion inhibitor SNPCH-6035 (water-soluble) is applied for corrosion protection of the field equipment and communications in the oil gathering and sewage recovery systems. SNPCH-6030 is efficient in corrosive field fluids containing dissolved gases: CO2, O2, H2S. Two grades of SNPCH-6035 have been produced: A and B. Besides, the grade B can be produced in a form of concentrate at the customer’s request. The performance is 90-95%.    CORROSION INHIBITORS SNPCH-6201 GRADE A SNPCH - 6201 A is an oil-soluble and water-dispersed corrosion inhibitor. It is effective in corrosive hydrogen sulphide-containing fluids. The laboratory tests have been successfully carried out in the fields of JSC "Tatneft", JSC "Udmurtneft" and West Siberia. The performance is 88 - 92% at the dosage of 20 - 55 mg/dm3. It has bactericide properties. It is effective in corrosive hydrogen sulphide-containing fluids. The laboratory tests have been successfully carried out in the fields of JSC "Tatneft", JSC "Udmurtneft" and West Siberia. The performance is 88 - 92% at the dosage of 20 - 35 mg/dm3. Characteristics Appearance mobile brown liquid Mass weight of active base, % 45÷55 Mass weight of phosphorus, %, within 0,10-0,35    CORROSION INHIBITOR SNPCH-6438 SNPCH-6438 is an oil-soluble and water-dispersed corrosion inhibitor having bactericide properties. It has high anticorrosive effect in corrosive hydrogen sulphide-containing fluids. The laboratory tests have been successfully carried out in the fields of JSC "Tatneft", JSC "Udmurtneft" and West Siberia. The inhibitor has been used in JSC "Tatneft" on pilot scale. The performance is 88 - 92% at the dosage of 25 - 50 mg/dm3. Characteristics Appearance mobile dark-brown liquid Mass weight of active base, % 32-42 Mass weight of phosphorus, %, within 0,15-0,30    BACTERICIDE SNPCH-1050 SNPCH-1050 is applied for inhibiting the growth of sulfate reducing bacteria causing microbiological corrosion of the field equipment and increases the tubing life, besides it has the anticorrosive effect in fluids containing H2S and SO2. The bactericide efficiency of SNPCH-1050 is 95-100% in field waters produced from the wells. The anticorrosive effect is 70-80% at the dosage of 50 g per 1 ton of fluid. When SNPCH-1050 has been used 10-12 times the degree of H2S neutralization is 87-92%. The ready-made product doesn't decompose during storage and doesn't lose the bactericide efficiency. SNPCH-7920 has been applied in JSC "Rosneft-Purneftegas", JSC "Orenburgneft", JSC "Udmurtneft", JSC "Sibneft", NGDU "TatRITEKneft" and JSC "Belcamneft" on commercial scale. SNPCH-7920 enters the Register "List of chemicals, agreed and authorised to be used in the oil industry" (Conformity Certificate No. ТЭК.RU.ХПОЗ.245850.110). Shipping: tank cars, drums.    BACTERICIDE SNPCH-1260 (SULFAN) The reagent is applied for inhibiting the growth of sulfate reducing bacteria causing microbiological corrosion of the field equipment. It increases the tubing life from 2-3 years up to 10-12 years. It doesn't segregate during long storage. The reagent is applied both in the continuous and batch treatment at the dosage of 75-150 g per 1 ton of fluid. The bactericide efficiency of SNPCH-1260 is 95-100% in field waters produced from the wells. The ready-made product doesn't decompose during storage and doesn't lose bactericide efficiency. In addition the reagent neutralizes hydrogen sulfide, the performance is 75-80% at the concentration of bactericide of 100 g per 1 ton of fluid. Delivery: tank cars, drums.
